Since 1985, we – an independent Swiss consulting firm – have successfully operated in the fields of business strategy, marketing/sales, human resources management, IT-consulting and change management.

Throughout this time, our employees have experienced change in diverse areas and forms and have had the chance to catch extraordinary opportunities with our clients. We see change as a chance and an element of growth. This is true both with the individual as well as with organizations.
